Avocado and cream cheese
Avocado and cream cheese on Pumpernickel bread
1x soft avocado
Lemon juice of 1 lemon
½ tub of cream cheese or chunky cottage cheese
Salt and pepper
1x hard boiled egg.
1 teaspoon of black sesame seeds.
Pumpernickel bread (you can have this toasted or plain)
Scoop the soft avocado into a small bowl and add ½ the amount of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and squash the avo until its smooth.
In another bowl mix the cream cheese or cottage cheese with the other half lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper.
Transfer the mixtures to slices of Pumpernickel break, sprinkle with paprika and black sesame seeds.
Cut the hard boiled egg into pieces and enjoy.
